Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Canarie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Repairs

All sales are final.

Because each piece is handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We are always happy to repair or replace items that arrive damaged or defective.
